The Three Hardy Boys

Hershley, Harvey and Harry were the 3 Hardy brothers. They were thick as thieves until there came in their lives a woman. One by one, all of them fell for her intelligence, beauty, and her wit. To live without her would be completely worthless, for what is life without love but an untold and unlimited wait for happiness. So they decided that they would profess to her their undying love. Of course neither of them was aware of the other’s interest in the love they thought was theirs, and theirs alone.
So they went on their ways to profess their undying love for the love of their respective lives. To each one of them who approached her, she enquired, “what could you do for me?”
Flabbergasted, the Hardy brothers, in their own turns, spoke of reaching out for the stars and travel to the moon and back for her. She was not satisfied however with their mugged up answers. She tried again, “I am in the search of the love of my life, one who will stay by me, forever & always.”
That, ladies and gentlemen, was the end of it. The hardy boys fled as soon as they could, and the young woman in question sighed and returned to her work.
And no, they still don’t know of their common “love” interest.
